Ordering Cygnet Orthotics for Your Patients
Cygnet Orthotics are medical devices, and therefore need to be prescribed by a healthcare professional. Most of our patients are referred to Cygnet Orthotics by an Occupational Therapist (O.T.), a Physiotherapist (P.T.), or a Certified Hand Therapist (C.H.T.).
If you or your patients are interested in ordering splints, you will find everything you need to order in this section, including a series of Measuring Videos. You will also find a current Price List, written Measuring Instructions, and an Order Form. You will need a standard ring sizer to measure your patients. If you do not have one, they can be purchased from Cygnet Orthotics and sent to you by mail.
All of the Cygnet Orthotics splint designs available are described on our Products page, and listed in the current Price List. Use the splint codes found on the Price List to fill out the Order Form. Please be sure to include all of the information requested on the form, including a tracing of the fingers or thumbs. Send your completed Order Form and tracings back to us by Fax, E-Mail or Mail.
